3. Independent Business Ownership

  • The client acknowledges and agrees that:
  • They are the sole owner of their business
  • All accounts, assets, and operations belong to the client
  • Epointlab does not own, control, or take legal responsibility for the client’s business

4. Use of Third-Party Providers

Epointlab may introduce or utilize third-party services including:

  • Suppliers
  • Logistics providers
  • Software platforms
  • Marketplace services (Amazon, Walmart, etc.)
  • The client understands:
  • Epointlab does not control third-party providers and is not responsible for their
  • performance, delays, or actions.

5. No Guarantees

Epointlab does not guarantee:

  • Revenue
  • Profitability
  • Business success
  • Platform approval or account status

Results depend on:

  • Market conditions
  • Supplier performance
  • Platform policies
  • Client participation

6. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees:

  • To actively participate in their business
  • To approve decisions when required
  • To maintain compliance with platform policies
  • To understand they are responsible for their business outcomes

7. Payments & Fees

All service fees are agreed upon prior to purchase.

By purchasing, the client agrees:

  • To pay all fees in full
  • Not to reverse or dispute payments without contacting Epointlab first

8. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of services:

👉 All payments are final once services have begun.

Refunds, if any, are:

  • Not guaranteed
  • Reviewed at the sole discretion of Epointlab

9. Chargebacks & Disputes

The client agrees:

  • Not to initiate chargebacks or disputes without first contacting Epointlab
  • To attempt resolution directly

10. Service Timelines

  • Service timelines may vary due to:
  • Platform requirements
  • Supplier delays
  • Logistics issues
  • Client responsiveness

No specific timeframe is guaranteed.

11. Limitation of Liability

Epointlab is not liable for:

  • Business losses
  • Supplier issues
  • Platform suspensions
  • Delays in logistics or fulfillment

All services are provided on a best-effort basis.

12. Third-Party Risk Acknowledgment

The client acknowledges that:

Ecommerce operations involve third-party platforms and external dependencies that

are outside the control of Epointlab.

13. Intellectual Property

All systems, processes, and materials provided remain property of Epointlab unless stated

otherwise.

14. Termination

We may terminate services if:

  • Terms are violated
  • Payments are not fulfilled
  • Abusive or fraudulent behavior occurs

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws in the jurisdiction of Epointlab.
